New York-resident doctor Vijay Soni is not a party to In re Zetia (Ezetimibe) Antitrust Litigation (MDL Case), multidistrict litigation pending in Eastern District of Virginia, and will not appear voluntarily to give testimony in the multidistrict litigation in Norfolk, Virginia.
Petitioners Rochester Drug Cooperative Inc. and MLI RX LLC seek to call Soni as a trial witness in the MDL Case. Subpoena of Soni’s testimony in the MDL Case was denied.
