The non-profit organization indicted alongside Steve Bannon in his ongoing fraud case is effectively a “zombie” entity that is now impossible to represent, a lawyer for co-defendant “We Build the Wall” told a judge Tuesday.

Attorney Justin Weddle asked Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan to allow him to withdraw from the case, given that the last “human being” who worked for the organization recently resigned and insurance declined to cover legal costs.
