The former director of business development at US Legal Support is suing the nationwide litigation support service, claiming in a new lawsuit that executives there created a fake employee in order to illegally retain profits for themselves.

In his action filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Paul Lucido accuses US Legal Support and the company’s founder Charles Schugart of repeatedly undermining his earnings and lying about stock options to keep him at the company.
