A woman’s claims that she was sexually assaulted during the production of a reality show were removed to the Southern District of New York on Thursday by Comcast, NBCUniversal and Telemundo.

The anonymous plaintiff, a professional athlete and TV personality who lives in Mexico City, brings a total of nine causes of action in her complaint, claiming while filming the sports-themed reality show Exatlón Estados Unidos, produced by Telemundo, in 2019, she was confined in a room by a producer who later assaulted her under the pretense of a business meeting.
