A woman who has accused former “Saturday Night Live” actor Horatio Sanz of sexually abusing her when she was underage asked a Manhattan judge on Tuesday for leave to file an amended complaint adding SNL executive producer Lorne Michaels and comedians Jimmy Fallon and Tracy Morgan as defendants, arguing that the three men enabled Sanz’ alleged abuse.

The woman, identified in the complaint as Pennsylvania resident Jane Doe, sued Sanz and NBCUniversal Media in 2021. According to the complaint, she was 15 and Sanz was 31 when he began grooming her and while she was still in high school, he allegedly drank alcohol with her at SNL afterparties and sexually abused her.
