In wake of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision overturning abortion as a constitutional right, New York Attorney General Letitia James has formed a pro bono task force on reproductive health consisting of two dozen national law firms and eight national organizations.

Its first step was to launch a free hotline that will provide legal guidance and resources to patients, health care providers, and supporters seeking information about abortion, James said Tuesday.
