A federal magistrate judge on Friday dismissed as premature concerns raised by the attorneys representing Frank James, the man accused of shooting several people in a Brooklyn subway in April, after the government executed a search warrant in his Brooklyn jail cell.
James was arrested April 13, one day after prosecutors say he set off a smoke bomb and fired at commuters in a subway car in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, injuring five people.
