At least two activists are planning to argue that New York’s Assembly district lines, which were drawn as part of the same process that unlawful congressional and state Senate maps were, should also be thrown out, before a southwestern New York trial court judge.

Gavin Wax, president of the New York Young Republican Club, made an emergency filing late Sunday to intervene on the existing case in Steuben County.
