Walgreens and Walmart were hit with consumer class actions Monday in New York’s Eastern District and Southern District courts, respectively, over various lidocaine pain relief products.
The suits, brought by the Sultzer Law Group, takes issue with the defendants’ claims that the patches provide maximum strength pain relief for up to 12 hours.
