Longtime Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom intellectual property and technology counsel Jessica Cohen is moving to Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where she will be a partner in the New York office.
Cohen, who had been at Skadden for the last 18 years, will start next week in Simpson Thacher’s intellectual property practice as well as its privacy and cybersecurity practice.
