Sheppard Mullin and Hodgson Russ filed a trade secret lawsuit Monday in New York Western District Court on behalf of Moog, a systems and components designer for military aircraft and other sophisticated equipment.

The partially redacted complaint targets Skyryse and two former top Moog employees for alleged theft of large amounts of sensitive technical data relating to its flight control software and belonging to the U.S. federal government. Moog also alleges that Skyryse attempted to cover its tracks by wiping an external hard drive.
