An anti-sexual harassment advocacy group led by former New York State legislative employees this week filed a complaint against former Gov. Andrew Cuomo with the Attorney Grievance Committee of the Third Judicial Department, which has the power to initiate bar disciplinary action against the former governor.

The complaint, which was signed by six members of the Sexual Harassment Working Group, argued that the findings of New York Attorney General Letitia James and, separately, Davis Polk & Wardwell’s impeachment investigation into Cuomo’s sexual harassment and other conduct show that he “is not fit to continue serving as an attorney in the state of New York.”
