Health care IT company Cerner Corp. and members of its board of directors were hit with a securities lawsuit Tuesday in New York Southern District Court over the company’s proposed sale to Oracle.

The lawsuit, brought by Lifshitz Law Firm on behalf of Leroy Berry, seeks to block the transaction based on alleged deficiencies in Cerner’s disclosures to shareholders. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-00868, Berry et al v. Cerner Corporation et al.
