Samsung Electronics, the South Korean device maker, and other defendants were hit with a product liability lawsuit Wednesday in New York Eastern District Court. The case was brought by Dell & Dean on behalf of Lynne O’Leary and William O’Leary. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00453, O’Leary et al v. Samsung SDI Co., Ltd. et al.
