In a disciplinary matter marked by “significant mitigating factors,” a divorce lawyer with Manhattan and Tucson offices has been censured by a New York court after he had a sexual relationship with an Arizona client for two weeks, before he motioned to be removed as her counsel.

The public censure of attorney Bradley H. Andrews in New York state comes after he received an Admonition from the Supreme Court of Arizona for his conduct tied to the client in an anticipated-divorce matter.
