Attorneys Paul Napoli and Marie Kaiser Napoli have filed a federal lawsuit against the companies that provided their homeowners’ insurance, arguing that the policies should extend to a $1 million gender discrimination lawsuit filed by a former attorney of Paul Napoli’s former law firm.

Daniel I. Goldberg, a principal at Offit Kurman, is representing the Napolis in the lawsuit, which was filed Nov. 9 in the Southern District of New York. The complaint was surfaced by Law.com Radar.
