Dominion Voting Systems filed a defamation lawsuit against two additional corporate entities of Fox in Delaware Superior Court, following up on claims brought earlier this year against Fox News Network.

The new allegations filed against Fox Corp. and Fox Broadcasting Co. pick up where the March complaint left off, focusing on Fox Corp. Chairman Rupert Murdoch and CEO and executive chairman Lachlan Murdoch’s role in the alleged defamatory statements made surrounding the 2020 presidential election and claiming Fox has backpedaled on the Murdochs’ involvement since the original lawsuit was filed.
