Uri Horowitz has joined Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer in New York, in what has become a small hiring spree for the firm as it looks to cement its presence on Wall Street.

Last week the firm announced it had brought on Chris Willott—a leading lending and project finance lawyer—from London-headquartered Magic Circle firm Clifford Chance. In May, Monique Holmes arrived at its financial services practice in New York after serving as deputy general counsel for the New York State Department of Financial Services. In February, Alex Gendzier landed in New York from Jones Day. In September, Maja Zerjal Fink joined from Proskauer Rose as a bankruptcy and restructuring partner in New York.
