Lawyers from Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler are stepping up to the plate for the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in its effort to keep an artifact it has displayed for 54 years.

The firm’s Michael F. Buchanan and Clinton Morrison have stepped in as defense counsel to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in a lawsuit over the ownership of Mantle’s 500th home run bat.
