Fordham University and three former administrators were sued Wednesday in New York Southern District Court by a past student who contends that he was persecuted after reporting a sexual assault. The suit, filed by attorneys Kevin T. Mulhearn and Darren J. Epstein, pursues claims for alleged fraudulent misrepresentation, fraudulent concealment, intentional infliction of emotional distress and violations of Title IX. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 7:21-cv-06421, Austin v. Fordham University et al.
