The newest member of the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct is Graham B. Seiter, an attorney based in Oswego County, the commission announced Tuesday.

Seiter practices law in several areas, including family law, criminal defense, real estate, estate planning and business formation. He has served as the town attorney for Richland, NY, since 2019, and earlier in his career he practiced at the firm Caraccioli & Associates.
