New York’s Commission on Judicial Nomination says it is accepting applications to fill the vacancy left by Judge Paul Feinman of the New York Court of Appeals, who abruptly retired from the state’s highest court Tuesday due to health concerns.
The commission says the deadline to submit applications to fill Feinman’s seat is April 8.
