The son of a Brooklyn judge was arrested Tuesday morning after he was photographed as part of the mob storming the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.
Aaron Mostofsky, 34, was arraigned in Brooklyn federal court Tuesday afternoon on multiple charges, including theft of government property and entering a restricted building without permission and with the intent to disrupt or impede the orderly conduct of government business. He would face a maximum of 10 years in prison if convicted of the theft charge.
