An Erie County state Supreme Court justice should be censured for dispensing legal advice and speaking out in support of a Buffalo teachers union in pending litigation, a state disciplinary commission said in a press release Tuesday.
The state Commission on Judicial Conduct made the determination against Catherine R. Nugent Panepinto, who is a justice of the Supreme Court, Eighth Judicial District.
