Chief Judge Janet DiFiore has named four new members to the New York State Justice Task Force, as part of an effort to expand the task force’s goals.
In addition to Bracewell partner Paul Shechtman (NYLJ, June 1), the task force now includes former state Judge Barry Kamins, a partner at Aidala Bertuna & Kamins in Manhattan; Nassau County District Attorney Madeline Singas; and Fulton County Sheriff Richard Giardino, who is a former Fulton County Court judge and district attorney.
