A 7-year-old girl who was left with brain damage as a result of being exposed to lead paint as an infant was awarded $2 million by a Virginia jury on April 9. Camille Small lived in an apartment in Portsmouth, Va., where allegedly she was exposed to the paint. Tests revealed lead in her blood and Camille began having developmental problems.
