What was the most valuable lesson you learned in your first year of practice? I realized early on in my career the importance of being proactive and creative — never pass on a new opportunity, always ask questions, and own the entire case, not just the portion you are assigned.

Describe your biggest win or accomplishment in practice. The best result possible in antitrust M&A is securing unconditional clearance without an extended agency investigation. I have secured this result in more than 10 transactions over the past year alone, working with clients across industries from pharmaceuticals to retail.
