Freeborn & Peters (Chicago): Fred Foreman joins the firm’s government and regulatory law practice and complex litigation and antitrust team as senior counsel to the Chicago office and will focus on litigation. Foreman recently retired as chief judge of Lake County, Ill., Circuit Court.
Jenner & Block (Chicago): Louis Fogel joins the firm’s litigation and counseling practice as partner in the Chicago office and will focus on patent litigation matters. Previously, Fogel was counsel at Ropes & Gray.
