The Supreme Court returns from Thanksgiving on Monday, Dec. 2 with a full plate of oral arguments that will bring the usual D.C. veteran advocates, as well as several New York City newcomers, to the lectern.

The justices have scheduled 11 arguments for the final argument cycle of 2013. It would have been 12, but the Mount Holly, New Jersey case on disparate impact claims under the Fair Housing Act settled and was removed from the docket.
