Gerald Green, whose film credits include Werner Herzog’s Rescue Dawn, and his wife, Patricia Green, were convicted in 2009 of paying $1.8 million in bribes to a high-ranking government official in Thailand in exchange for more than $13.5 million in contracts associated with the Bangkok International Film Festival.
