Christine Clements, 51, and Troy Barsky, 40, have joined Crowell & Moring as partners in the health care group. Clements and Barsky were previously chief Medicare counsel at Aetna Inc. and director of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Division of the Technical Payment Policy, chronic care policy group, respectively. Clements and Barsky earned their J.D.s from American University Washington College of Law and Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, respectively.

Thomas Lorenzen, 52, has joined Dorsey & Whitney as a partner in the regulatory affairs group. Previously, he was assistant chief of the U.S. Department of Justice’s environment and natural resources division. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
