In the March 4 edition, the Top 100 Verdicts of 2012 list, compiled by NLJ affiliate VerdictSearch, did not contain an $18 million verdict in the case Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. v. Dey Pharma L.P. The verdict should have appeared as tied for the No. 99 slot. A corrected version of the top verdicts list appears at NLJ.com.
