Burgy, a member of the intellectual property practice, focuses on litigation before U.S. district courts and the International Trade Commission. Jennifer Hackett, 39, has been promoted from associate to partner in Dickstein Shapiro’s Washington office. She is a member of the antitrust and financial services section of the litigation practice and focuses on antitrust litigation and transactions.
