Aziz Burgy, 38, Kevin Pinkney, 39, and Amy Schoenhard, 34, have been promoted from associate to partner in the Washington office of Arent Fox. Burgy, a member of the intellectual property practice, focuses on litigation before U.S. district courts and the International Trade Commission. He earned his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. Pinkney, a member of the government contractor services and commercial litigation practices, focuses on government contracting and national security aspects of business transactions. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School. Schoenhard, a partner in the intellectual property practice, focuses on patent litigation and prosecution, and opinion work in the biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and health industries. She earned her J.D. from Duke Law School.
