He will focus on negotiating and drafting game development agreements for consoles, personal computers and mobile, social and online games. Previously, Boyd was an associate at Davis & Gilbert.
LeClairRyan (Richmond, Va.): Robert Brener joins the firm’s business litigation and labor and employment practice area teams as partner in the Newark, N.J., and New York offices and will focus on complex commercial and corporate disputes. Previously, Brener was counsel to Edwards Wildman Palmer.
