John Fuson, 41, has joined Crowell & Moring’s Washington office as a partner in the health care, product risk management and white-collar and regulatory enforcement groups. He focuses on U.S. Food and Drug Administration enforcement actions. Previously, he was associate chief counsel at the FDA. He earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Sunwoo Lee, 51, has joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in the Washington office. Lee focuses his practice on litigation involving patent, trademark, copyright and trade secrets. Previously, he was a partner at Roetzel & Andress. He earned his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law.
