Baker & Daniels (Indianapolis): Christopher Reckamp joins the firm’s intellectual property team as partner in the Chicago office and will focus on patent opinions, licensing, preparation and prosecution. Previously, Reckamp was a partner at Vedder Price.
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher (Los Angeles): Yi Zhang and Graham Winter join the firm as partners in the Hong Kong office. Zhang will focus on foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and project-development transactions in China. Winter will focus on complex corporate transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Previously, Zhang was head of the Hong Kong office at O’Melveny & Myers and Winter was a partner at Reed Smith Richard Butler of Hong Kong.
