With two major Second Amendment rulings under its belt, the Supreme Court may be thinking its work in establishing the individual right to keep and bear arms is done. But a petition before the high court asserts otherwise, arguing the Court needs to make it clear that the second half of that right — the right to bear arms — is as valid as the now-established right to keep arms in the home.
