The past month has been a whirlwind for labor and employment lawyer Thomas Bright, a shareholder at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart.

Bright has been busy advising clients on pending changes to the Americans With Disabilities Act that broaden the scope of who is covered under the law and make it easier for workers to bring claims against employers. “I’ve done so many seminars on this in the past couple of weeks,” said Bright, who practices in Ogletree Deakins’ Greenville, S.C., office. “I’ve been totally immersed.”
