Nationally known plaintiffs lawyer John M. O’Quinn of The O’Quinn Law Firm was killed in an automobile accident this morning near downtown Houston. O’Quinn’s death was confirmed by his former law partner Richard Laminack and by Dale Jefferson, a lawyer in Houston who represents O’Quinn in litigation.
O’Quinn was he was named one of the 100 Most Influential Lawyers in America by the National Law Journal in 1997 and was included in Texas Lawyer‘s “Legal Legends” magazine published in June 2000. Click here for the full article at Texas Lawyer.
