Tennessee and Arkansas filed the lawsuit Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, just 10 days after the EEOC voted 3-2 on party lines to issue regulations on employers’ obligations to female employees experiencing pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions.
