Large law firms in Washington, D.C., are bolstering their antitrust, transportation, public policy and white-collar defense practices, with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Brown Rudnick, Thompson Coburn, and Hogan Lovells all announcing partner hires in the district in the past week.

And law firms continue to have an appetite for hiring D.C. partners who are coming from the federal government or those who had long stints in public service.
