The New York Attorney General’s Office on Friday told a Manhattan judge that the evidence presented across its 11-week business fraud trial against former President Donald Trump and associates supports disgorgement of $370 million, plus interest.

“The conclusion that defendants intended to defraud when preparing and certifying Trump’s [statements of financial condition] is inescapable; the myriad deceptive schemes they employed to inflate asset values and conceal facts were so outrageous that they belie innocent explanation,” the office wrote in its proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law.
