A Brazilian attorney who was working at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher until earlier this year has been sentenced to two months in prison after pleading guilty to insider trading charges for unlawfully trading on material, nonpublic information, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia said Wednesday.

Romero Cabral Da Costa Neto, 33, of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, was sentenced on Wednesday by U.S. District Judge Carl J. Nichols of the District of Columbia.
