Rudy Giuliani—the former U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York and ex-mayor of New York City—should be disbarred from the practice of law, a bar ethics panel in the District of Columbia recommended Friday.
His attorney, Barry Kamins, a retired judge and partner at Aidala Bertuna & Kamins, promised the ex-mayor would file a “vigorous appeal” of the recommendation.
