A federal judge will allow a construction engineering corporation’s counterclaim to proceed against Brown Rudnick for allegedly overbilling it for arbitration work.
Brown Rudnick sued Christof Industries Global GmbH last December contending the company owes millions in legal services from representing it in arbitration over a project in Barnwell, South Carolina. The firm is seeking $8 million in attorney fees and interest.
