Former Federal Circuit Judge Kathleen O’Malley is joining Irell & Manella as of counsel next week in the firm’s D.C. office.
It’s a high-profile hire for the California-based litigation boutique. O’Malley will get a support structure for her consulting work on IP- and non-IP-related litigation, her alternative dispute resolution practice, and her intellectual property policy work.
