Michael George DeSombre, the U.S. Ambassador to Thailand between January 2020 and January 2021, has returned to Sullivan & Cromwell, the firm he called home for 25 years. He will be resident in the firm’s Hong Kong office, the firm said.
DeSombre will resume his role of heading up the firm’s Asia M&A and private equity practice, as well as its Korea practice.
