The Copyright Office has found some big names for its small claims board.
Former Copyright Office General Counsel David Carson was appointed to the Copyright Claims Board on Tuesday along with Phillips Nizer IP practice chair Monica McCabe and McGuireWoods partner Brad Newberg. The newly created board is expected to open for business between December of this year and June 2022.
