Further solidifying its footprint in Washington, New York-based boutique Kaplan Hecker & Fink has added veteran Capitol Hill attorney Susanne Sachsman Grooms to its ranks as it seeks, in part, to grow its congressional investigations practice.
Grooms, who has served as chief counsel of the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Reform since 2011, is joining Kaplan Hecker as a partner in Washington, D.C., the firm said Friday.
