This past March if you would have asked Geoff Bracken, the co-chair of the energy litigation practice at Foley & Lardner, what he would have expected out of his practice for the remainder of the year, his answer would have been “not much.” But ever since Bracken and the 40-plus lawyer group he helps head have been on a trial hot streak. The Litigation Daily sat down with Bracken, who focuses on representing upstream and midstream companies in the oil and gas industry, earlier this week to discuss what’s behind all the work.
